Updating blackberry contacts
For those that don’t have a Microsoft account and use a different email provider in Outlook on your computer that does not support wireless synchronization of your contacts and calendar, register for a new account (or Hotmail or Windows Live if desired). Depending on which version of Microsoft Office you are using, the 32-bit or 64-bit edition, click one of the following links and follow the instructions to download and install the Outlook Hotmail Connector on your computer.
If you aren’t sure which version of Microsoft Outlook you are using, try the 32-bit version first.
Upgrade your Black Berry 10 OS to the latest 10.3.2 software to enable advanced new features, making your Black Berry even more secure and productive.
Check out some of the new features and enhancements below.
It's easy to set up by signing up for a web-based Gmail® account and setting it up on your Black Berry smartphone. We’ll use your existing Microsoft account or connect Outlook with your Black Berry Z10 using the new service from Microsoft. The reason for doing this is simple as well; these accounts support wireless synchronization with your Black Berry Z10. Try turning off the wireless sync on the handheld and then turning it back on. To do it from the handheld, delete and then undelete the Desktop [CMIME] service book. The user has had this unit for about 4 months, unfortuantely he didn't tell me about this little problem until this morning.... I'll try turning wireless sync off and on And, I'll try resending teh service book... The BES admin can resend the service books from the server or you refresh them from the handheld itself. I've asked him to try the disable / enable wireless sync right after you posted it.. As you can see, this IS of the highest priority....
